VirtualBox - Zugriff auf Localhost des Hostsystems

Problem:
Unter Ubuntu 7.10 läuft als VirtualBox-Gastsystem WindowsXP. Mit dem Internet Explorer im Gastsystem soll jetzt eine Seite auf dem Localhost-Server des Hostsystems angezeigt werden.

Lösung:
Der Localhost des Hostsystems ist vom Gastsystem aus über die Adresse 10.0.2.2 erreichbar. Also um beispielsweise http://localhost/index.php aufzurufen einfach http://10.0.2.2/index.php eingeben.
